Sign Up for 9/11 National Service Day Projects

Aug 21, 2023

On September 11, 2001, four commercial airliners were hijacked by radical terrorists whose evil actions took the lives of nearly 3,000 Americans, most of whom perished in the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. It is a sobering day of infamy for those who remember it and those who have read of its history.

In a few short weeks, there will be an opportunity to show remembrance and honor the lives lost that fateful day. And what better way to honor the fallen souls than giving of our talents and time to worthy causes that can keep their memory alive. For the National Day of Service and Remembrance, join us in serving locally in our community. There will be service projects at Unity Park in Magnolia, the National Cemetery for the City of Houston, the Tomball Community Garden, TEAM and others. Come and share your talents and love by providing service to worthy causes that remind us what it means to be united!
